Refund Policy

At Maple Stickers, we sell digital sticker delivery services for game-related sticker orders. As our products are not physical items, returns are not applicable.

Refunds may only be considered before the sticker delivery has been processed.

Once the stickers have been sent or the order has been fulfilled, the order cannot be refunded.

Please make sure your invite link, in-game name, sticker name, and order details are correct before placing your order. If incorrect information is provided and the stickers have already been sent, we are unable to issue a refund.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number, invite link, and in-game name. We will review your case and assist where possible.
