- In-game name
- Correct sticker, package, or service selection

If the wrong invite link or wrong in-game name is provided and the stickers have already been sent, Maple Stickers will not be responsible for the loss and the order will not be eligible for refund.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, sticker availability, game system availability, and whether the customer has provided complete and correct information.

Maple Stickers will make reasonable efforts to complete orders as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee an exact delivery time for every order.

All sticker orders are delivered digitally through the game system.

No physical item will be shipped.

Customers must ensure that their invite link and in-game name are correct and active before placing an order.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled or refunded before the sticker delivery has been processed.

Once the stickers have been sent or the order has been fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
