Maple Stickers does not ship physical products.

All orders are delivered digitally through the game system after payment confirmation and after the customer provides the required order details.

1. Digital Delivery

Our products and services are delivered digitally. No parcel, physical item, or printed product will be shipped.

Customers must provide accurate order details before checkout, including:

- Monopoly GO invite link
- In-game name
- Correct sticker, package, or service selection
- Contact email address

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

- Order volume
- Sticker availability
- Game system availability
- Completeness of customer information
- Accuracy of invite link and in-game name

We will make reasonable efforts to process orders as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee an exact delivery time for every order.

3. Incorrect or Missing Information

If the customer provides an incorrect invite link, incorrect in-game name, incomplete order details, or does not provide the required information, delivery may be delayed.

If stickers have already been sent to the wrong account or wrong link due to incorrect customer information, Maple Stickers will not be responsible for the loss and the order will not be eligible for refund.

4. No Physical Shipping Fee

As we do not ship physical products, no physical shipping service is provided.

Any delivery mentioned on our website refers to digital delivery through the game system.
